Audience in detail

I'm looking to attract the mainstream audience of both genders, at the age 16-24, as these are the consumers that are on most frequent trips to the cinema. I didn't want to lower that age range for I feel any younger I wouldn't be able to achieve a true thriller. Additionally, at this age range, people are more likely to spend their earnings on my luxury items, such as cinema tickets, as they don't have to worry too much about the cost of living. The audience must have an interest in intellectual entertainment rather than high paced action scenes, they should like to have to really pay attention to the film to understand what is going on.
